How to set up and manage your classes.
|
Create a Class
To create a new class, select the Create New Class button at the top of the page. On the Create New Class page, enter the class’s name, school year, grading period, grade level, and subject area. Select the Next button to continue.
On the Grading Scale page, set the grading scale you would like to use in your new class. If you would like to setup assignment categories, select Yes under the Assignment Categories header. You can modify these settings later, if desired. Select the Next button to continue.
On the Enter Class Student List, you may enter students to enroll in your class. Enter the student’s first name, last name. OR you can copy and past your list from another list on your computer.
Assign an unique school ID number. (I would recommend your students student ID number, however you can create your own.) Be sure your ID number is at least 3 digits and specific to each students. (This will allow you to create multiple classes with same students, so you can print reports with all subjects on one report.) You can modify these settings later, if desired.
Select the Next button to create the class.
